Group training for all abilities, with workouts seasonally programmed to prepare runners for major events, such as Run Melbourne, Gold Coast Marathon, Sydney Marathon, Melbourne Marathon, and everything in between, for distances 5km and up.
Tuesdays, 6am, @ George Knott Athletic Track (Clifton Hill) for an interval and fartlek-style workout.
Fridays, 6am, @ Princes Park for longer, sustained, sub-maximal efforts. Including marathon-specific workouts for those preparing for marathons.

We have coaches leading every Tuesday session, to supervise, provide feedback, and help you make sense of how much and how hard to run.
Our Friday sessions are community-led, and coach-designed. Prior to the workout, squad members will be able to use our group WhatsApp to ask any questions of the coaches beforehand.
All of our sessions have been designed to be adaptable for different fitness levels, different goals, and different training experiences. For each session, our coaches will help you decide exactly how to tailor it to your current fitness and goals.
We understand that it may not be possible for you to make it to every session in person. When you sign up, you will have access to a squad WhatsApp group, where training sessions will be posted the day before, and coaches will be available to answer questions. So, if you can't make it and want to complete the session on your own, you'll have access to it.
